Let's take a trip back to 2015 when CrossFit Kwetu was born, and two local fitness fanatics, Nathan Reed and Kiran Jethwa, decided it was time to give Nairobi a fitness experience like no other. They were basically the Batman and Robin of CrossFit!

Nathan Reed: Our CrossFit Guru with 13 Years of "Teaching Pizzazz!
Nathan, the man behind CrossFit Kwetu, is like the Yoda of CrossFit, only with a lot more muscle and a lot fewer wrinkles (for now). With 13 years of teaching experience, he's basically seen it all, from gym rookies to fitness jedis.
From Sports Buff to CrossFit Enthusiast:
Nathan's love for sports runs deeper than Kenya's potholes, and he's dabbled in just about every game under the sun. But then, one fateful day, he stumbled upon CrossFit and had an epiphany—this was the secret sauce to level up his own fitness and help others reach their athletic potential. He's basically the Sherlock Holmes of workouts.
Nathan's "Secret Sauce" Ingredients:
- Passion for CrossFit: Nathan's heart beats to the rhythm of kettlebells and WODs (Workout of the Day). He's so passionate that he once had a dream about doing a perfect snatch lift (with a barbell, of course!).
- Coach Extraordinaire: With his years of teaching experience, Nathan isn't just a CrossFit coach; he's a fitness wizard. He's like Gandalf, but instead of saying "You shall not pass! he says, "You shall not skip leg day!"
