Brooke is thrilled to return to her Wisconsin roots and be closer to her cheese-loving, salami-sharing family—spread out from Madison to Sheboygan to Fond du Lac to Oshkosh. In fact, it’s practically law at family gatherings to serve a meat and cheese platter… and Brooke wouldn’t have it any other way.

While she’s already begun exploring the great cities of Wisconsin, there’s still plenty of ground (and local cuisine) to cover. Got a hidden gem, a scenic trail, or a lead on the state’s best cheese curds? Send them Brooke’s way—she’s taking notes and taste-testing accordingly.

Before making the move back to Wisconsin, Brooke served as an on-air meteorologist and reporter at WMBD 31 and WYZZ 43 News in Peoria, Illinois. Her time there left her forever #CIProud and grateful for the amazing Central Illinois community.
