The incidents are alleged to have occurred during her time at a now-closed middle school in Hudson, beginning after a summer outing.

Court documents referenced a video reportedly discovered by a relative of the alleged victim in 2010, as well as text messages noted by Harding’s former spouse. However, law enforcement was not notified until years later.

Through her attorney, Brad Bailey, Harding has strongly denied the allegations. “These allegations are false,” Bailey said. “They date back more than a decade, and there are numerous unanswered questions. She emphatically and unequivocally denies these charges.”

Harding resigned from the Hudson school system in 2013 and later taught in Needham until 2017. Records from an unrelated legal matter indicate she was dismissed from her position in Needham following claims made by another teacher with whom she had a personal relationship. Harding disputed those claims and filed a wrongful termination lawsuit, which was settled out of court.

In the current case, Harding was released on her own recognizance. The presiding judge ordered that she have no contact with minors or individuals connected to the case.
