Pam Golding Properties was founded in 1976 by the late Pam Golding (1928–2018), a pioneering South African real estate developer whose name has become synonymous with excellence in the property world. What began as a small, passion-driven venture is now one of the largest real estate groups in South Africa, with a network of over 300 offices across sub-Saharan Africa and internationally.
Today, the company is led by her son, Dr. Andrew Golding, who continues to uphold the legacy of professionalism, integrity, and personal service that the brand is known for. Pam Golding passed away peacefully at the age of 89 in Cape Town, but her vision lives on through the company she built and the values she championed.

Pam Golding Properties (PGP) Kenya officially opened its doors in January 2012, establishing our Head Office at Fortis Tower in Westlands, Nairobi. In response to growing demand and expanding opportunities, we opened a second branch at The Hub in Karen in February 2016, and most recently, a coastal office in June 2023—extending our presence from cityscapes to the shoreline.
